Primary Account Holder Issues?? Anyone else?

Hello, I am a aggrevated T-Mobile customer just like the rest of you. I have been calling since 2009 about this issue and it still isnt resolved. Enough of that, let me tell you what is happening. I only have 1 line with T-mobile, but yet no matter what I click on, Upgrade, Change Plan, etc. It always tells me that I am not the Primary Account Holder. They keep telling me that they are escalating it to the help desk and that it will be resolved in 72 hours, but I always check 5 days later and nothing has changed. So when I called on February 6th, 2013 the customer service rep. told me that she doesnt see where anyone has put in a ticket for the help desk to reveiw and fix my issue. Very nice to know. So she supposedly put in a ticket for it, I check today and still now fixed. I talk with someone in chat, and he tried offering me $10.00 credit. Oh yeah, a $10.00 credit is going to help me with the last 2 years I have been fighting with you to get this fixed. NOT! Then like a dumby I let the lady on the 6th talk me into extending my contract for 2 more years for a free month of service. I regret it now, since its still not fixed. I am eligible for upgrade on May 3rd, but I can't even look at upgrade phones cause it tells me that I am not the Primary Account Holder. I believe this is a breach of contract on T-mobiles side. He is supposedly escalating it to a supervisor and the offline maintainence team and give them 72 hours once again. I told him I will check on Friday to see if its fixed. Also told him if its not fixed by May when my upgrade comes due, they can count on losing me as a customer because of the breach of contract. Because I am using a crappy 3G phone that they sold me, while paying for 4G service.

 

Sorry to rant so much but just wanted to tell everyone my experience with T-Mobile and wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue as me.
