I went to activate a new T-mobile phone online and port the old number from my go phone account. It failed because I provided the wrong account number. I called T-mobile porting help, and updated the account number. After that call my AT&T go phone went dead. I do not have a tempory T-mobile phone number. I added money to T-mobile on my old go phone number. Still nothing on my T-mobile phone. Cannot create login with my number. I will call customer service tomorrow from work if need be, but is there an email or chat feature for T-mobile customer service?
