If you experience issues with an unresponsive key or keypad, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check that the keypad is not locked. Refer to the device's user manual for instructions.
- Remove any covers, cases, or skins that may be covering the buttons or keypads and try to press the malfunctioning keys.
- If a button appears to be stuck, gently try and wiggle the button from side to side with your finger to pop it back into place.
- Turn the device off and then back on.
- Check to see if the key(s) are responding.
- If not, perform a master reset if possible. Refer to the device's user manual for instructions.
