Well, I posted my problem a few days ago and a moderator moved it to the Coverage area at least. Walmart Family Mobile customer service is a joke. After talking with one I think I know more about my phone then he did. All I want to know is why since the 12th of February all 3 of our phones cannot get a data signal. We've had Edge all along since we got the phones and one is a phone we've had for 2 years now. All of a sudden no data on any of them. Don't tell me it's our phones. All 3 phones at once? Not likely. This weekend I'll be able to ask a T-mobile rep at a kiosk in NorthPark Mall in Joplin, MO. If I get 4g there like I should that will confirm a few things and at that point someone better take the blame and tell me what's up.
