For the past three weeks my husband and I (we have identical phones on our Tmobile plan) have been getting a Network Busy message when we try to place a call from our home. I have contacted customer service twice. I am currently waiting for a call back from them. We did some troubleshooting of our own and found this -
If we travel half a mile from our house we can place or receive calls on both of our phones.
if we use a different (disposable) phone we can place or receive calls from our home.
Has anyone else experienced this? How long to resolve it permenently? We have been with Tmobile for a long time and have lived at our present location for 4 years with no problems until just recently.
