First off, I'm not well versed in the tech savvy, so please bear with me with my issue. I purchased my Note2 and got my email set up to be received as gmail on my phone. On my computer, I receive it through Outlook 2007 and also through gmail log-in.
Issue: On my phone, I open my email and I can watch messages automatically move to a folder labeled "important" messages, which I cannot access on my phone. (At first I thought it was deleting them as I couldn't find where they went!) I later learned it was moving to this folder and can access the folder on my Kindle and my computer, just not on my phone. Is there a setting I have missed? I went to the T-Mobile store where I purchased it, they witnessed as it happend--unfortunately they didn't have a clue as to why it was doing it, they never had this experience before.
I did create another gmail account for Samsung/Google purposes and this isn't happening with it.
