Turns out, Windows phones don't support the mobile security that they charge you for. I'm more angry that I have been paying for it for over a year, they keep saying it will be available soon, and it's still not. They refuse to credit any portion of what I have been paying as well saying that it's a "free" addon when the billing clearly states >>>> Mobile Security & Warranty ($3.20) by Asurion. I don't see the word "free" in there anywhere. What irritates me the most is that they sell mobile security when you buy a Windows phone to go along with it, and their own site states that it is not available for Windows phones. This is just another example of how terrible TMobile customer service has become. Of course, I called and the woman refused to transfer to a supervisor at first, then kept me on hold for 15 minutes saying she couldn't "find" one.
Conversly, the unbuddled insurance is terrific.
