I received a software update from what appears to be T-Mobile. I'd insert the notification image, but this forum's insert image icon is ghosted. However, it says...

Congratulations! T-Mobile has sent
you a new software update for your
device. Update will take
approximately 10 minutes. You will
not be able to use your phone
during this time, including for 911
Emergency calls. TO proceed with
installation, select Start.
[Postpone] [Install all] [Start]
The notification does not offer any explaination as to what this update is about nor does it give you the option to cancel the update. It only offers you the option to "postpone", "install all" or "start" the update.
Is this notification legit or a scam?
