I have no confidence in t-mobile anymore.
I was charged $33.80 even though I have unlimited messaging. This issue has taken eight phone calls, three hours, a dozen t-mobile representatives, three recitations of my credit card information, and more patience than I have. Every morning, t-mobile harasses me with threats to turn off my service because the refund for my overpayment was taken out of my APRIL bill, leaving a deficit in my MARCH bill.
I honestly don't believe anyone I've spoken to at t-mobile cares if they retain my patronage. And if my service gets shut off because the incompetent employees can't do their jobs, I'd rather just not have cell phone service than to deal with this any further.
I would love for someone at t-mobile to prove me wrong, but I don't think that is going to happen.
