To resolve the issue follow these steps:
- Verify you have the latest software installed by following Not authorized to view the specified documentation 2119. If you do not, see Not authorized to view the specified documentation 1553.
- Check available memory on the device. If memory is less than 5MB, clear the following to free up space.
- Delete any unused applications. See, Not authorized to view the specified documentation 2136.
- Clean the Internet History. See, Not authorized to view the specified documentation 2137.
- Delete unneeded text messages, picture mesages, and emails.
- If the issue began after installing a third-party application, or only occurs while in a specific downloaded application, remove that program.
- Power the device off and back on, then retest.
- If the issue persists, the customer must perform a master reset. See Not authorized to view the specified documentation 1505.
