tmobile hired some great lying reps - and rude

Tmobile is nothing but bigger scam company. I upgraded 2 lines last month and paid the phones upfront. I was told I will be charged with higher price for the phones on the bill but the rep will come back to my account and adjust everything to be the same amount I would have pay. I knew there was a catch but I told her to notate the acct and hope that this way she would come back and do what she promised.  So I finally waited my bill to come out, well the phones did appear to be much higher like I was told, and upgrade fee and shipping  were also charged.  Plus the rep added a $20 data instead of $10.  I waited a week to see whether these charges will be adjusted but nothing happen.  So I called T-mobile today to try and see if anybody can fix this problem for me. Well, the rep was offered to adjust the acct because he saw the prior rep notation, however he didn't know what he was doing.  He could not even do the math right. He told me after the adjustment I still owe T-Mobile over $200. I asked him to explain why because if I paid my phones upfront already and I was offered a 1st month free when I renewed contract, then why should I still need to pay over $200 on my first bill. Then he just told me that it's hard for me to understand why , and suggest me to go to a T-Mobile store for better explanation. So I basically hanged up on him because why would I waste my time.  I knew it was a mistake to take the offer  and accept that 2 year contract.  Now I ended up paying almost $500 extra on the phones.
