Wow, I have been with TMO 10 yrs and this new no contract thing screwed me totally

As I said I have been a loyal TMO customer for 10 yrs, I have 5 lines and just bought 3 Galaxy S III s for Christmas so I am stuck in a plan now that I don't even need half of what I have. I have unlimited minutes on 2 lines because my husband was using his phone for work, now he doesn't use it so I called to drop down to a fewer minutes plan, no such thing now UGH! Just last month there was a 1000 minute and 700 minute family plan, now no options for me at all. I have data on 3 lines and don't use nearly all of the data I have either so the new plans would suit me perfectly. I am paying $180 per mo now and the new plan would be $140 GRRRRRRR!!!!!! I think they should offer a switch over to long time customers like myself without having to pay the $200 migration fee. Once again the new customers get all of the great deals and the loyal ones like me get screwed.
