i updated my Note 2 through the kies software, and after the update, it seems my battery life has significantly dropped. i am using the phone less now, and it seems to be killing the battery faster than before. need help resolving this issue, because before the update i could make it through a day (sometimes more) on normal use of the phablet, but now, i can barely get a complete day out of it.
also, on a side note, before the update when using quick glance to open the phone, i would be able to tap on the screen when the quick glance screen showed, and it would take me to the unlock screen. After the update to 4.1.2, the quick glance functions as it should, except that tapping on the screen anywhere does not provide any response. Am i the only one seeing this problem? how can this issue be resolved.
