Hi. I have a Samsung Gravity and it randomly shuts off. I thought it was the phone, so I got a replacement sent without a battery so I used the old battery. The Tmobile people also had me change my SIM card. Less shutoffs but it still happenned occasionally.
Then, I started to use Bluetooth with my new car. The phone started shutting off many times every day, especially when during and after being in the car. This time the Tmobile guy gave me a new battery. The problem persisted until I stopped using the bluetooth. If I start using bluetooth, the freaking thing keeps rebooting or shutting off.
Any suggestions?
I'm tempted to get a new phone
