If picture messaging (MMS) is not working, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, tap Start, Settings.
- Tap Menu, All Settings.
- Tap Connections, Connections.
- Tap the Advanced tab at the bottom.
- Tap the Select Network button.
- Tap the top drop-down menu.
- Tap T-Mobile MMS.
- Tap the Edit button.
- Tap and hold on T-Mobile MMS until a menu pops up.
- Tap Connect.
- If required, in the User name, Password, and Domain fields, enter epc.tmobile.com. Save the settings, even if the field goes blank.
- Send a picture message to test the device settings.
- If the issue persists, contact Customer Care for further assistance
