Cannot send picture messages (MMS): HTC Touch Pro2 / HTC HD2

If picture messaging (MMS) is not working, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap Start, Settings.
  2. Tap Menu, All Settings.
  3. Tap Connections, Connections.
  4. Tap the Advanced tab at the bottom.
  5. Tap the Select Network button.
  6. Tap the top drop-down menu.
  7. Tap T-Mobile MMS.
  8. Tap the Edit button.
  9. Tap and hold on T-Mobile MMS until a menu pops up.
  10. Tap Connect.
  11. If required, in the User name, Password, and Domain fields, enter epc.tmobile.com. Save the settings, even if the field goes blank.
  12. Send a picture message to test the device settings.
  13. If the issue persists, contact Customer Care for further assistance
