I cancelled my webstick on 1/29/13. At that time I paid up whatever was due and was told that nothing else was owed. I have been getting recorded messages saying that I needed to call T-Mobile to discuss an urgent matter regarding my account. After 5 phone calls (1 per week for the past 4 weeks and 2 calls just this week!) I was told that there was a balance on my webstick account. I told the Retention Specialist that I was never told I would be billed for an additional month after I cancelled. He apologized for the "mis-communication" but was unwilling to do anyother than to waive some $20.00 fee to bring my balance owed to $45.00. The "mis-communication" was not on MY part, but on the part of T-Mobile. Now, IF I did owe something on this cancelled account, WHY WAS I NOT BILLED??? WHY WAS A BILL NOT SENT TO ME???? I get my cell phone bill mailed to me every month.....why not the bill for the webstick????? I will not pay for this additional month, as I was informed that the account was paid in full at time of cancellation (also was never told that I needed to give a 30 day notice of cancellation!!! If I knew that, I would have given notice and paid whatever was owed!!). Is there someone at T-Mobile who can actually understand my point and get this taken care of?? Or will I have to look for another carrier for my 5 lines when my contract is up?????
