I have 2 Questions;
1) As I understand it, HSPA+21 is used on PCS due to bandwidth constraints (no room for Dual Channel).
Will the LTE deplotment on AWS require AWS HSPA+42 be downgraded to HSPA+21?
2) If a Nexus 4 is in a area with both AWS and PCS HSPA+ available, which band would it use?
