Unlocked phone compatibility

I'm plan to purchase a unlocked phone since Tmo now promoting "Bring your own phone" option.

My question is, will this unlocked phone, "HTC One", will be able to get either TMo LTE or HSPA network now or in the future.

(I live in Sacramento, 95814)
