So for the second time in 3 months I've had my service suspended. I used to get a notification text a few days in advance warning me that it might happen but not anymore. My bill is a month behind but it was never suspended until it was 2 months behind until this year. It was just suspended today and the bill isn't due until the 9th. Customer service has been zero help with information. When I asked about terminating my contract they said I still have until May 2014 so it would be $200 even though it should have ended May 2013. They extended my contract without telling me when I added a family member and updated my family plan. I have been with T-mobile 11 years and until recently didn't have any issues. Worst company ever.
