I bought my iphone 5 from a T-Mobile corporate store on Saturday and recorded my VVM greeting on the phone. All is well. Tuesday I noticed the recording was the standard lady-saying-my-phone-number so I kept re-recording and it didn't work. I called support. I'm not sure what they did, but now I can't even get into VVM. I get the error above. I also don't get notification of new messages. They opened a ticket on this and tomorrow is the 36-hour "you'll hear back by" cut off. Is anyone else having this issue? I don't see any other posts about it.
