I purchased an unlocked LG Encore GT550, I inserted my T-mobile SIM card and every feature works except I am unable to send or recieve picture messages. I have attempted to configure the phone to T-mobile settings using information found on the internet but I have not had any luck. I am not sure whether or not I have the proper information entered in the phone. I do not have a data plan, but that shouldn't make a difference, correct? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
