I am now on my 5th HTC Sensation phone and still have so many technical issues with the phone. Everything from the screen won't wake from sleep to text messages not being sent properly. I have contacted them multiple times to get my money back, but they won't. I keep getting offers to get phones that are "comparable" to my sensation, but they really aren't. So I've just gotten a new sensation sent to me and return my broken one. However with every new refurbished sensation, I get the same problems or new ones, but always multiple issues at a time. I have yet to have a phone that works properly or one that I can deal with the problems it has. Yet I still cannot get my money back from T-Mobile, as they say the warrenty is through HTC and I have to take it up with them. B S. I have tried to contact HTC as well with no success and they obviously haven't been able to fix a phone anyway. I have tried talking to all the supervisors I could when I call T-Mobile, but they only offer me other bad phones or the ability to fully buy a new phone at stock price! Are you kidding me?? Plus they keep saying that will ship the new phone at no cost (there is a 20$ warranty fee to get a new phone sent), but then the cost shows up on my bill and I'm left calling and complaining again! All I want is my money back or at least credit towards buying a new phone since the ones they give out are bad. Has anyone had any luck talking to someone at T-Mobile or should I just move to a different cell phone carrier to get good customer service?
