My name is Travis Goff been a long time customer with T-Mobile and having a issue with My Optimus L9, i lost signal on phone about 2 hours ago for unknown reasons, not sure what it is but ive tried everything i can think of besides resetting the phone but what i have notice is that when ive tried to call 611 to see if its a T- Mobile issue i get a "Reorganizing internal processes. Please try again later" message. I would love to hear from someone soon.
