EIP Authorization FAIL.

I ordered my Galaxy S4 on 4/29/13

 

Got my email for the EIP Auth, signed it with the pin, went through successfully, (as it showed at least) said "Document has been signed successfully" almost 2 days later now, and it's STILL PENDING confirmation.

 

This needs to be fixed, I've probably called 611 enough times to get EVERY SINGLE customer representative T-Mobile has, and the problem is still not resolved

 

In addition, I've paid 30$ for the 1 Day Air Shipping, in which it has yet to be shipped (although I've also yet to be charged) this much hassle? Hopefully I'll be able to get a refund on the 30$ Air Shipping when they DO decide to get this fixed and ship my phone out, I'm not too pleased with the fact that I should still pay the 25$ or 30$ for One Day Air Shipping when it wasn't shipped the next day or even remotely close to that, and I'm having to go through this much trouble just to even GET this device shipped out to me, this has been the biggest headache of my life.
