Mobile rep Lied about plan and handset-- my options now?

Hi

I recently changed my carrier from Verizon to T-mobile after hearing great recommendations from friends and family but it seems I was unfortunate to meet and buy the plan and phone from a rep, who was a seasoned lier.

I bought Samsung S3 along with Family talk and text plan ( 2 yr Contract) after confirming

1. This phone supports 4G and LTE

2. This plan has 1000 mins separately for each of the two users and we can add more lines to the plan.

Me and my wife both confirmed these two things with the rep multiple times before buying the contract. But it seems it was our grave mistake of not reading the plan content minutely and phone specs thoroughly.

Few days back when I went to add two more lines to our plan , I came to know that we all will be sharing 1000 minutes among us. First I didn't believe my ears then later I visited the store again to meet the same rep, but I was told that he is out on vacation and the "other" rep confirmed that we have a total of 1000 minutes to share between all lines.. 1st Bummer

Now today I came to know that the Handset sold to me do not support LTE..I confirmed this again with t-mobile customer support.  This was a total shock. I couldn't understand how a rep would not know or lie about this.

I paid more money just to get an unlocked phone and even more money to go into contract but this didn't came out to be a good experience.  We contacted the store again and they have told us that nothing can be done , hence now reaching out to bigger community to seek any help and guidance.

I am happy with the service and do not want to end it but It would be really helpful to know what my options are?

@Thank you in advance
