NEED an administrators help

Is there anybody out there?

 

I have been trying to contact someone, an administrator or a moderator, to help reactivate my community log in. 
I haven’t had the need to use it for well over a year, but when I tried to log in I get an error message;

 

                “It appears your account has been disabled. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.” 

 

I don’t believe it was deactivated for any other reason than non use. 
I also can’t create a new account tied to my preferred e-mail address as your system tells me it is already in use. 
I called T-Mobile support several times, with difficulty explaining that my T-Mobile account log in is not the issue, they have had no success contacting anyone to help with my community log in. 

 

There is no member support link.  Can't IM anyone. 

 

Is there anybody out there?
