I've changed the setting for the vibrate notification via Settings/Sound/Vibrate to "Heartbeat". Yet with every app (mostly email and text notifications) that I've set to use Vibrate as part of the notification, none of them are using this new setting. I have no control over what setting is used on an application basis - it's either got vibrate or it doesn't. Anyone know how I can get this applied across the applications? Why isn't it working?
