Yesterday I switched from an iPhone 5 (unlocked but updated with TMO carrier settings) to the HTC One. In the process i changed SIM cards.
Unfortunately now i have no mobile data connectivity now and every attempt to browse redirects me to the http://u.web2go/upsell website where it says "Your data plan does not work on this device".
The device also shows a "Non-compatible data plan alert" in the T-Mobile My Account app.
I have chatted with customer care and they verified that i have a compatible plan: Value plan + 2.5G of data per month. The also deleted and re-added the data plan back in -- but no change.
Any recommendations?
