When I initially purchased the Z10, I had no problems with purchasing applications from the Blackberry world using Carrier Billing, Until a few weeks ago.
Now when I try to purchase an application, I receive the following error:
"There were problems completing this purchase. Please try again (Error Id:0)"
I checked with blackberry regarding this issue and this is what I found.
They state the error is being generated from the wireless service provider's billing system and the resolution is to contact the wireless service provider to resolve this issue.
Upon contacting T-mobile, they find that my account is in great standing and have no holds or restrictions on my account, yet were unable to find the cause of the problem on their side, and after a week, was told that their still investigating.
Has anyone else had this problem with carrier billing and/or know of a resolution for this problem?
