Bought a phone from craigslist and now regretting it :(

Hi All,

I know I shouldn't have done it but I did it stupid of me and now I did learn my lesson.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S3 from this guy (who is not answering my calls), I went to a T-Mobile store to check if the IMEI was good and if I can use it, the T-Mobile sales guy checked and said it is good and I can use it.

I have everything on camera but now when I want to activate it on T-Mobile it says the phone was reported stolen or lost.

Now I have a phone which I cannot use, isn't this unfair for legit people like me who try to buy cheap used phones to find out the seller is doing fraud.

I have everything on camera in the T-Mobile store (hope the camera works in that store).

Can some T-Mobile representative please help, I have evidence that, that crook who reported stolen is doing a fraud.

Please help,

Thanks,

Batham
