I just received my bill yesturday and was expecting the bill to be higher than usual due prorated charges for activating lines on a certain date. However, I see an extra 105 dollars charged onto my account in my bill noted as one-time charges. If i spend 30 dollars to buy 3 sim card kits and activate service with those sim cards. I end up paying 3 activation fees of 35 dollars equaling 105 dollars. The cards were activated at the T-mobile store and I did read there is no more activation fees any longer. Could this just be a system error?
Hope to hear some advise. I will be looking into calling customer service when I get the chance.
