Hi all. I use wifi calling in my house is OK, but when I go to Star Bucks coffee or Burgerking I can not use wifi calling, message is "error REG99". I have new sim card in my GS2. Can any body help me out of this problem? I called TMobile but no body can give me right instruction. Thank you very much.
