Jelly Bean issues on Optimus l9.

I understand that the Jelly Bean update has been paused due to stability issues. Mine mainly being a paid Hulu service that does not function now on my l9 phone. Hulu has found a link between the T-mobile update(4.1.2) and issues with it's app on the Optimus l9. There's feedback on the Google play store's android hulu area about this. Will priority for the fix be given to the customers that already have Jelly Bean installed? Is there a time frame we can expect this update(fix) to take place? This is extremely frustrating.
