Has T-Mobile blocked Skype?

Hello,

I just bought a T-Mobile 4G LTE Hotspot last week and I have had no problems with it, except for the fact that I can not connect on Skype. I do not use Skype to make phone calls but I do use it to speak with friends in other parts of the country.

When I use the Hotspot, I can not connect on Skype. Is Skype being blocked?

If so,why? What can I do to get it unblocked?
