SIm Unlock Phone

Hello , I need to unlock my phone since I am outside of the united states and will probably stay here in Tunisia for at least one year I already called tmobile support 3 TIMES twice in the US once outside and I still didn't get the unlocking code the first time they told me to wait 3 days but nothing happened so I recalled and they asked me to wait 14 days but once I left the US and in Tunisia I got roaming activated but no code so I called again Before the waiting period was over  and they told me this time  to wait three days and I STUPIDLY  asked for roaming to be deactivated and 3 days passed and I still didn't receive my unlocking code and now I'm stuck with q locked phone and no way to call customer support , PLEASE if you have my unlocking code contact me here or on my Email : dhia888@live.fr or at least tell me what is wrong
