Please help me, Nexus 4 service problems!

Hello, i've had my Nexus 4 for about a month now & I am constantly having service problems, i've done many things like called in T-Mobile, they made me replace my sims card for the phone & i'm still not getting any signal on my phone (inside my house only), i've checked the coverage map and have spoken to representatives and they have told me that my area is covered and it is indeed full covered in my area. I'm debating canceling my T-Mobile service because it seems like all they give me is excuses and no answers! One guy said it could be the phone but the phone is brand new and I just bought it a month ago!! I don't understand what the service/signal has to do with the phone itself, it just doesn't make any sense. I can't even return the phone because I've had it over 30 days however I do have insurances so I can get a new one but if this phone is the problem then how will I know that the next Nexus 4 I get isn't the problem??? Please help, I've really tried everything and though i've only had T-Mobile for a month now, I'm debating leaving them already.
