still too much edge

Well t-mobile ever update the majority of their network which is still GPRS and EDGE?  I remember when we were waiting for 3G and for two years kept telling me out will be here any day.  I have had to move and for the past year I have been paying for high speed data while using EDGE.  If I'm not right in Jefferson City or Columbia MO, I'm screwed.  Traveling between the two cities is GPRS, while AT&T is HSPA and then LTE within those cities.  The refarm, I was told many times, was going to fix things and update those 2G areas.  It didn't. It actually made the edge of the HSPA network father away.  I don't know if the power is current, if the antennas were re-aimed, or what, but I'm at the point if going crazy.  I love t-mobile, but need them to catch up with everyone else.  I go to The Lake of the Ozarks, a popular vacation spot for probably hundreds of thousands of visitors and seasonal residents, and again, my family with as AT&T, Sprint and Verizon have high speed data and stream all the time, and I have GPRS unless we go out to the main channel.  At the house I'm unable to do anything but talk and text.

My question, when will EVERY cell site have HSPA.  I know that many cities have been upgraded to 1900 HSPA and 1700 LTE, but what about the millions of people who don't live within the boundaries of a City Limits sign?

I was with AT&T/Cingular/Southwestern Bell for eleven years before that.
