I joined with (T-Mobil) on July 05,2013 switching from ( AT & T) and I bought a Samsung S 4 , after several days shows that the device gets very hot and warm in ear area while talking or watching video, I went to the nearest store in Knoxville TN and the device has been replaced , someone in the store told me if the who told me that he will change it if the problem persists device within two weeks.
The same flaw appear on second device and I went to the same store ,they did not agree to change the device,How comes that ?
This is not good behavior.T-Mobile must keep its promises,
They must take care with the customers,Treated badly by the distributor.
I really not happy with this service .If the device defect the company must replace it without any fees.
