I have T-mobile digits on my Samsung Note phone. When using my Bluetooth headset, if I get an incoming call on my T-mobile cell number, I can just push answer button on my Bluetooth headset and the call goes to the headset. I don't have to touch my cell phone. The same applies when the phone is connected to my car Bluetooth, I just push the car bluetooth answer button and I'm connected.
However, if the incoming call is to my T-mobile digits number (formally my land line), my Bluetooth headset notifies me that a call in conning in. However, if I push the answer button on my Bluetooth headset, it does NOT answer the call. The headset (BOSE frame) notifies me the call has been terminated, but it is actually still ringing on my T-mobile digits app. If I then go to the T-mobile digits app (which as now popped up) and tap the answer icon, the call get connected directly to the headset and works fine.
Anybody else have his problem. I would like Digits and the headset to work the same way as my cell number and headset does, that is, just touch the headset answer button and then connect. The Digits apps works on the headset, but the I need to go to the cell phone app to answer the call.
I've tried this on two different Bluetooth devices and the Bluetooth in my car. The digits line can only be answered using the answer button on the app, and not the answer button on Bluetooth device.
The guys at the T-mobile store tired it and didn't have any solution, neither did the T-mobile digits support line.
thanks
