Amazing service

I just wanted to comment on the service I received recently at the T-Mobile store at New Brighton and Stinson Blvd. in Minneapolis, MN.

 

I had a fairly complex problem. The Samsung device I'd purchased through a third party was defective; the antenna did not work very well and my reception was almost universally poor.

 

The T-Mobile employees at the store, Devon and  Justin [I believe], were extremely helpful. In spite of my repeated visits to clarify a path to a solution, they were always cheerful, friendly, and patient. They were also smart, thorough, and excellent problem solvers.

 

They even sent a technician out to my house to test, and ultimately confirm, that the issue was with my device, not with the signal there.

 

I was most impressed with Devon's memory of seemingly every detail of my case on my second visit to the store, especially given that at least a few weeks passed between visits and he must assist hundreds of people every week.

 

All in all, the service at this branch was among the best I've experienced in my life and I am grateful for your team's assistance. Thanks!
