Reason?
Me: Important call and want to reach t mobile.
Automatic system: na son goodbye
10 minutes later..... talking to a rep after I finally got over the automatic system and I even pressed my information in.
Rep: can I get your number and social?
Me: .... after wasting my time giving the correct info to the automatic system? What's the point of an automatic system other than hanging up on your important customers!!!
Rep: number and social please.
Me. ..... supervisor please.
30 min wait, wasting my valuable my t mobile minutes, and my life
Supervisor: how may I help you sir
Me: Credit adjustment please for wasting my time with you awful services.
Supervisor: Ok. Understand here's the credit of $100
Me: THANKS!! (Bill went from 120 to 20 dollars)
Billing cycle close date, $20 paid through auto pay. Next month bill (T-Mobile bill is usually $120), $220 charged
Me: ???? phone 6 - 1 - 1.
Automatic system: I will transfer you to a representative
Me: Yes!!!!
Rep: welcome to T-Mobile, how may I help you sir.
Me: Please help, something wrong with my bill
Rep: number and social please.
Me: .... (in my mind "trolled") ..... yes you guys charged me for my previews month even though I paid that already.
Rep: no you just paid $20.
Me: .... that's because your supervisor done an $100 credit on my acc so my auto pay only paid off $20 since I owe that much after the credit.
Rep: no that's not how a credit adjustment works.
Me: ..... you need training, supervisor please!!!
Again 30 minutes wasted again
Me: something wrong with my bill. There shouldn't be any charge done on the previous month because a supervisor credited $100 and my auto pay paid off the $20.
Supervisor: Nope your bill is correct and you owe that much because you didn't paid off your last month bill off
Me: ??? Explain please.
Supervisor: Already did. You didn't pay
Me: ....... what? I got a credit adjustment of $100 and my auto pay off $20. I even confirmed it by pressing #225#. I only owe $20 after the credit adjustment and that's what my auto pay paid off.
Supervisor: Sir! I already explained you didn't paid.
Me: ...... You d@#$ b@#$%? Really? Use your brain.
Supervisor: SIR! I told you. You didn't paid and we (T-Mobile) will not pay off any usage charges for any customers.
Me: B@#$% S@#$ my D@#$. 3 - 1 - 1 your @ss because you're drunk and a S@#$%^ C@#$ that can't understand a simple error.
Supervisor: Sir! Mind you language.
Me: GTF0!!!!! Go get some training instead of F@#$%^& your way up for promotions. Goodbye.
Question: How can T-Mobile become the greatest company ever?
Update: In progress of getting this issue figure out because a normal representative is smarter than a supervisor.
