I just received my replacement MyTouch phone after my first one continuously shut off or was unresponsive for no apparent reason.
The SD card originally worked fine after I switched it to the new phone, and then (without touching it), a notification popped up saying that I had no SD card.
After turning off the phone and removing the card and re-inserting it, the notification suggested that I format the card (because my SD card is blank or has unsupported files)...which would be fine were it not for the fact that formatting the card will delete all of my pictures. So, I decided to back up the pictures from my SD card to my computer. Now my computer is not recognizing my phone, and since the HTC driver is located on the SD card, it is not downloading the driver. My phone is in mass storage mode.
The ideal solution would be for the phone to just recognize my SD card, but if there was no way to do that, even just being able to back up my pictures to my computer would be lovely.
Any suggestions for either issue?
