My Htc One S phone keeps restarting itself

Hi, for a few weeks now my phone keeps restarting itself. I have reformatted to factory settings and other techniques yet the phone still keeps restarting itself. This is making it difficult for me business wise because every time i am called the phone is off. Could someone kindly tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you
