i have tried to resolve a problem with a store manager and the sales rep but it is no use . They gave me incorrect information and billed me an extra 400 dollars. In addition i never received a receipt in the store and they refused or were unable to send me one even though they saidt hey would . The sales rep replied that he was waiting for a stamp ! ( over months ... ) When I called tmobile 611 I was told there was no one above the store manager and if I didn't get resolution of the problem I should call them back . There must be someone who is responsible for monitoring the activites of the individual stores and making sure store managers are acting in the best interest of the company , right ? I was given an address to write to but not a number to call to find out who is responsible for the store I shopped in . I feel very betrayed by this sales rep and am concernd the store manager will not uphold the deal even though its on paper !!! i am desperately wanting to get out of my contract now and feel tmobile might not be an ethical and well organized company ..
