No Service at Turlock, CA. Need help!!!!!

I living at Turlock, CA. This is the second time I can't receive any signal and no service at all. Can somebody help? Doest signal tower break again? I  have been used T-mobile service for almost six years.  If still no service at my home, I  plan to change other phone service company.
