Steps
Any changes to EasyPay (signing up, changing your method of payment, or canceling) need to be made prior to five days before the bill due date for it to take effect for that cycle.
Sign up for EasyPay
To sign up for EasyPay using your electronic check, debit card, or credit card, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- In the My bill section, click Sign up for EasyPay.
- Follow the on-screen steps to set up EasyPay.
Change method of payment
To change your method of payment, or update your information, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- Click Your Profile.
- Under EasyPay settings, click Change settings.
- In the EasyPay information section, click Edit next to the Method of payment.
- Update or change your payment information and click Save.
Cancel EasyPay
To cancel EasyPay, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- Click Your Profile.
- Under EasyPay settings, click Change settings.
- In the EasyPay information section, click Discontinue EasyPay.
- When the Discontinue EasyPay pop-up appears, click Yes to cancel EasyPay.
