Samsung Gravity Smart will not send texts

Reading all the different threads and everyone seems to have trouble sending texts with the Gravity Smart. Been with TMO for 18 years and have never had such a problem/issue that TMO couldn't/wouldn't resolve until now. They refuse to do anything about the situation saying it is a device problem and not an network issue. My problem with that is what am I suppose to use the phone for what it is designed to do and why does TMO continue to sell the phone that obviously does not work on their network.

 

Have done everything TMO has ask me to do - master reset, switch to 2G (what?), new sim card, take battery out, and turn off the phone and back on again. SURE it works for maybe an hour, but then stops again! What do they want me to do turn off the phone after every text? At the minimum TMO should let me get a phone of equal value to replace the one that is malfunctioning one, especially for a long standing customer like myself. They do not seem to care and am thinking seriously switching carriers and taing my 5 other phones lines with me, as well.

 

I am starting to think all the trashing of TMO is true and tech services are not help! Tell you to call back when having problem and then the first thing they have you do is reset phone, which the problem goes away DA!
