Very Poor or No Signal . . .

My signal is very poor. Most of the time, the call is drop, after just 1 minute of talking. This way I have missed a lot of phone calls. Recently I have lost my job. And since then I am loooking for a job. So you can understand how important a phone call can be for me right now. But most of the time this phone has no signal at all. It is very surprising also.  I am wondering, what is the point of paying $72.00 monthly bills if I cannot even use this service properly or cannot even talk. My address is 4832 brecknock court, mays landing, NJ 08330.  Can you please help? My phone is Nexus 4 (Google).
