T-mobile technical difficulties?!

I have been trying since 10:00 a.m. this morning to pay my Monthly 4G, which is due today.  Everytime I try to do it online, I get a message that says the systems are unavailable.  Everytime I call, I am told that they are experiencing technical difficulties, and I need to try again in 2 hours, or 30 minutes, or 3 hours.  This last time, which was at 9:45 p.m., I was told that my phone number is invalid (I was ON my T-mobile cell that they were telling me was invalid) and that my account is inactive ... again, I was ON my phone at the time.  When I was told YET AGAIN to try again in 2-3 hours, I reminded them that by that time, it will be after midnight, and asked if my service would be disconnected due to their technical difficulties.  Their answer?  "Probably".  They offered ZERO options or assistance other than to say in a fake "I'm trying to be helpful" voice that they were sorry for my inconvenience.  CRICKET WIRELESS IS BETTER THAN THIS!  All I want to do is pay for my wireless.  I'm not late, I'm not trying to get out of paying my bill.  I just want to pay it so my service is not terminated.  T-mobile, this is a really, REALLY bad way to treat your customers!
