What's wrong with T-Mobile... for weeks now..., WEEKS!!!, my 4G does
not work. I put my simcard into coworker's unlocked phone, speedtest
shows 0.02 Mb/sec (Can share screenshots)
This is not a middle of no-where!! It's the downtown of the third
largest city in the US, the heart of business life of the entire
midwest and there is no internet for T-Mobile customers!
How am I supposed to do business? What am I paying for? I work next to
the merchandise mart and I constantly need access to my emails. The
Internet connectivity is a complete disaster! I called customer
service: reply is always the same LTA, LTE LTE - give it a few more
weeks. It has been like this for two months! What am I supposed to put
my life on hold! WHAT AM I PAYING FOR ? ! ? ! ?
